Role Overview:
- We are looking for a seasoned leader (AVP/VP - Key Accounts) to drive enterprise lead generation, strategic client acquisition, and key account growth in the commercial interiors space.
- The ideal candidate comes from leading IPC firms such as CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, or Knight Frank, with strong exposure to commercial leasing, corporate real estate advisory, and CXO-level stakeholder management.
This is a high-impact revenue role with direct influence on enterprise growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Identify and acquire large enterprise clients (Fortune 1000, MNCs, BFSI, Tech Parks).
- Build and manage a high-value prospect pipeline aligned to target industry segments.
- Map lease expiries, relocation mandates, expansion plans, and office consolidations.
2. Market Intelligence & Network Leverage
- Leverage IPC, broker, landlord, and developer networks to source premium mandates.
- Collaborate with channel partners to generate early-stage opportunities.
- Engage in strategic discussions with enterprise RE decision-makers.
3. Enterprise Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, and Corporate Real Estate teams.
- Drive repeat mandates and multi-city project closures.
- Contribute to revenue growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Design, Delivery, and Strategy teams to align client expectations.
- Provide market insights to refine go-to-market strategy and service offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in Business Development / Leasing within IPCs or Real Estate Advisory firms.
- Strong CXO connects across enterprise and corporate real estate ecosystems.
- Proven track record of generating and closing large commercial mandates.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
