JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation- Assistant General Manager - Growth Marketing (Offline)
Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic thinker and execution-focused professional to enable offline growth marketing initiatives. The role involves building and managing new affiliate channels for lead generation similar to broker/channel partner networks, driving on-ground activations, building strategic B2B partnerships, and identifying new offline acquisition opportunities to drive lead generation and brand presence in key markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel & Broker Network Development
- Identify, onboard, and engage with real estate brokers and channel partners
- Build and scale broker referral programs with clear incentive structures
- Drive consistent engagement through meets, training sessions, and reward campaigns
2. Offline Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify new growth opportunities and geographies for expansion through research driven insights
- Build strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and IPCs to drive qualified lead generation
- Lead on-ground activations such as events, branding initiatives, kiosk setups, and more for visibility and engagement
- Track ROI and effectiveness of offline marketing activities
3. B2B Partnerships & Alliances
- Build strategic partnerships with developers, IPCs, architects, and other industry stakeholders
- Explore tie-ups with complementary service providers to drive cross-leads
4. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Design and execute growth acceleration strategies for offline business development
- Assess market trends, risks, and opportunities to build executable plans
- Ensure high brand visibility and positioning in key target micro-markets
5. Reporting & Process Compliance
- Maintain and share periodic performance updates, MIS, and lead funnel reports
- Adhere to internal process compliance and reporting standards
- Track P&L impact from individual growth efforts and optimize performance accordingly
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
- MBA or equivalent from a Tier-1 institute such as IIMs, ISB, or top global B-schools
- Candidates with an undergraduate degree from IITs, NITs, or other top-tier engineering institutes will be preferred
