A. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial individual to support the growth of our tech-enabled real estate business. The role involves executing and optimizing offline lead generation activities, building strong broker and builder networks, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive a robust sales funnel and business growth.

B. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a multi-layered Business Development team across India to drive business growth.

- Identify new markets and drive expansion into new geographies.

- Front-end high-value/key transactions with builders, real estate agents, and corporate clients.

- Develop and implement business acceleration strategies at a Pan-India level, assess risks, and roll out execution plans.

- Manage MIS and P&L for the Business Development unit.

- Ensure compliance with business processes and policies.

- Design and execute offline lead generation strategies, with a strong focus on builder and broker partnerships in commercial real estate.

- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-quality leads for the sales team.

- Build and maintain a robust prospect database/CRM with accurate tracking of leads and conversions.

- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns targeting decision-makers and influencers.

- Conduct market research to discover new growth opportunities and target industries.

- Analyze lead generation performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and provide regular reports.

- Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and maximize conversion.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools.

Required Skills and Mindset:

- An engineering or MBA degree from a renowned institution within India or Abroad

- Prior proof of big ticket selling in a B2B domain is desirable

- Willing to travel intra-city and inter-city for closure of deal, if required

- 5-8+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or network sales.

- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B lead funnels.

- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in commercial real estate or interior design and build industries is a plus.
