Product Manager - ERP & AI Platforms
Company: Flipspaces Technology Labs
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Location: Mumbai
Type: Full-time
About the role:
Flipspaces is building technology products that power how our teams, clients, and partners work. We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager who can own problems from discovery to adoption across ERP workflows, AI-powered products, and client/vendor platforms. You should be comfortable moving between users, data, design, engineering, testing, rollout, and rapid prototyping.
What you'll work on:
- ERP workflows: Project execution, approvals, payments, reporting, operations, and delivery.
- AI-powered experiences: Features that reduce manual effort, automate workflows, improve decision making and surface insights.
- Internal and external platforms: Products used by business teams, clients, vendors, and leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Discover & define: Talk to users, understand real workflows, identify pain points, and convert ambiguous asks into clear problem statements and requirements.
- Shape solutions: Write crisp PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, edge cases, and MVP scopes. Partner closely with UI/UX.
- Prioritize: Maintain the backlog and recommend priorities using user impact, business impact, effort, urgency, and strategic value.
- Drive delivery: Work with engineering through development, clarify decisions, review builds, test workflows, and ensure release readiness.
- Own adoption: Plan launches, demos, training, release communication, and follow-up improvements to drive user adoption.
- Measure & improve: Track usage and adoption, identify drop-offs or friction, and translate data and feedback into product improvements.
- AI-first product thinking: Use AI tools and LLM APIs throughout discovery and delivery to test ideas quickly, improve workflows, and identify high-value AI product opportunities.
- AI PRDs: Define expected model behavior, inputs/outputs, guardrails, fallbacks, edge cases, success metrics, and human-in-the-loop requirements for AI features.
- AI prototyping: Build fast proofs of concept using LLMs, agents, APIs, no-code/low-code tools, and AI-assisted coding before committing significant engineering effort.
- AI evals: Create representative test cases and evaluation criteria for quality, relevance, reliability, latency, cost, and failure modes; use results to iterate before and after launch.
What we're looking for:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analytics, Program Management, or a closely related role.
- Strong structured thinking and the ability to simplify complex workflows and ambiguous requirements.
- Experience working closely with users, design, engineering, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting, training, and driving alignment.
- Ownership mindset across discovery, prioritization, execution, rollout, and continuous improvement.
- Working knowledge of LLMs and AI agents, including prompting/context, tool use, model limitations, hallucinations, and how to evaluate AI behavior.
- Hands-on comfort using AI tools for product work, including rapid prototyping, AI-assisted development, and experimentation with LLM-based workflows.
Strong plus:
- Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM APIs, RAG, agentic workflows, AI eval frameworks, or AI prototyping tools; experience with ERP, workflow, B2B SaaS, or internal tools is also valuable.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, product analytics, and adoption measurement.
Why this role:
Own the full product lifecycle: Discover - Define - Prioritize - Design - Build - Launch - Drive Adoption - Measure - Improve. You will work on real operational problems at the intersection of enterprise software, AI, and the design-and-build industry.
