As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for owning projects end-to-end from problem-solving and research to execution and tracking outcomes to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Projects: Identify, conceptualize, and execute high-priority initiatives that directly contribute to business growth and operational efficiency.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

- Business Planning: Support in developing business models, go-to-market strategies, and financial projections for new initiatives.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, operations, and technology to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.

Data-driven Insights: Build dashboards, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to guide leadership decision-making.
