Your Mission:
As the Head of Partnerships, you will be at the heart of Flipspaces' growth engine cultivating high-value relationships with investors, associates, and key
influencers in our ecosystem. Your mission is to activate this network, drive strategic introductions, referrals, and collaborations that accelerate business
growth. You'll be the face of the Founder's Office, intellectual, articulate, and execution-driven.
What You'll Do:
Drive Strategic Relationships:
- Build and nurture partnerships with investors, evangelists, and mentors connected to the Founder's ecosystem.
- Leverage relationships to open new business channels, warm leads, and strategic introductions.
- Own communication, event coordination, and response tracking within this high-touch network.
Represent the Founder's Office:
- Mirror the Founder's presence and tone in external interactions.
- Represent Flipspaces at networking events, closed-door meets, and industry forums.
- Handle communication drafts, follow-ups, and connect notes with clarity and speed.
Activate Growth via Partnerships:
- Identify synergies with existing stakeholders for collaborations, co-branding, or thought leadership.
- Drive qualified referrals and warm business introductions through key relationships.
- Organize offline and online evangelist events to foster community and engagement.
Analyze, Report, and Scale:
- Structure data around relationship ROI, referral success rate, and engagement effectiveness.
- Suggest scalable approaches to deepen partner relationships.
- Create reports and insights for leadership review.
You Bring:
- MBA from a premier educational institute.
- 10+ years in high-stakes business development, partnerships, or stakeholder management.
- Background in luxury real estate sales or investment led business development.
- Driven, energetic, and highly responsive, willing to go the extra mile to deliver.
- Strong written and spoken communication, can own a room or a Zoom call.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable with data structuring and reporting.
