
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the P&L for the EPC business, including revenue, margins, cash flow, and profitability.
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EPC projectsfrom design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Drive commercial excellence through cost optimisation, value engineering, contract management, and risk mitigation.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Develop project governance frameworks, SOPs, KPIs, and performance dashboards to drive operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing multidisciplinary project teams.
- Partner with the Business Development team to support bid strategy, project acquisition, and business expansion.
Preferred Experience:
- 10-18 years of leadership experience in EPC, Design & Build, or Infrastructure projects.
- Mandatory experience with P&L ownership and managing large project portfolios.
- Strong background in one or more of the following sectors:
1. Industrial & Manufacturing
2. Warehousing & Logistics
3. Healthcare
4. Hospitality
5. Commercial / Corporate Real Estate
6. Data Centres / Institutional Projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across geographies.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) from Top Tier colleges.
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
