Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive digital marketing and demand generation for high-value B2B offerings. The role will be responsible for generating sales-qualified leads (SQLs), building scalable digital acquisition channels, and optimizing the complete marketing funnel from awareness to deal closure.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B performance marketing, account-based marketing, SEO strategy, and lead lifecycle management, preferably within agency or high-growth startup environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Lead Nurturing:
- Drive Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) generation for high-value B2B offerings through digital channels
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and database-driven outreach campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers
- Design and implement lead nurturing workflows using email marketing, retargeting, and personalized content journeys
- Track and optimize the buyer journey from MQL to SQL to deal closure in collaboration with the sales team
Performance Marketing & SEO:
- Lead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve organic visibility and authority
- Build and scale affiliate and partner marketing networks for expanded reach and lead generation
Account-Based & Event Marketing:
- Plan and execute B2B event marketing initiatives, including webinars, exhibitions, and curated luxury client events
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership on account acquisition and engagement strategies
- Create customized pitches, case studies, and presentations for strategic enterprise accounts
Performance Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze lead quality, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI across all digital channels
- Develop weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights and optimization strategies
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to B2B demand generation
- Prior experience in agency environments or high-growth startups preferred
- Proven track record in generating high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for high-value projects
Hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Performance Marketing & Funnel Optimization
- SEO (Technical, On-page, Off-page)
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Affiliate Marketing
- CRM, marketing automation, and database-driven campaigns
Additional strengths:
- Exposure to B2B event marketing and enterprise account acquisition strategies
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience with high-ticket B2B sales cycles
- Exposure to luxury or premium category marketing
- Experience managing multi-channel lead nurturing campaigns (email, retargeting, and events)
