Role Overview:
- We are hiring a Deputy General Manager / General Manager - Key Accounts to drive enterprise lead generation, business development, and strategic account management for commercial interior design & build projects across India and UAE markets.
- This is a high-ownership, execution-driven role focused on pipeline creation, CXO engagement, and revenue conversion.
- The ideal candidate comes from IPCs, commercial real estate leasing, coworking, hospitality, or corporate B2B sales environments with strong exposure to enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
- Identify and prospect enterprise clients (MNCs, BFSI, tech firms, startups, corporates).
- Map lease expiries, relocations, expansions, and new office developments.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and channel partnerships.
2. Client Acquisition & Key Account Management:
- Engage CXOs, Admin Heads, Real Estate Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Convert leads into active mandates through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.
- Own client relationships through proposal, negotiation, and closure stages.
- Drive repeat mandates and multi-location engagements.
3. Channel & Market Network Development:
- Leverage broker, IPC, and landlord ecosystems for early-stage opportunity access.
- Develop strategic alliances with channel partners.
- Maintain an updated database of high-value contacts and prospects.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Design, Strategy, and Operations teams for solution alignment.
- Provide market intelligence to refine offerings and GTM strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6-10 years of experience in Business Development / Leasing / Key Accounts in IPCs, coworking, hospitality, real estate advisory, or allied sectors.
- Proven track record of generating and closing enterprise mandates.
- Strong network within broker, landlord, and corporate real estate ecosystems.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
- MBA preferred.
