THE ROLE IN ONE LINE:

You lead design delivery across multiple live workplace projects at once holding the design bar, building the team, and keeping clients confident from concept to handover.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

- 1. Multi-project leadership: run several workplace projects of different sizes at the same time without dropping quality

- 2. Design & detail quality: own a strong eye for detail and design across every project the team touches

- 3. Team building: lead, mentor, and build a capable design team; grow people, not just deliver projects

- 4. Client management: be the design lead clients rely on; keep them aligned and confident

- 5. Project management: own timelines, drawing readiness, and coordination so design lands on site as intended

- 6. Pitching & presentation: present design with clarity and polish; help convert key pitches

- 7. Standards & review: keep workplace standards and review discipline tight across the portfolio

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Must-Haves:

- 1. 12+ years in interior design, with at least 10 years in workplace (office) design. Qualified architect - B.Arch is a must

- 2. Proven leadership and people management team building, mentoring, holding the bar

- 3. Has led multiple projects of different sizes simultaneously. Strong eye for detail and design

- 4. Top-notch communication and presentation skills

- 5. Strong client management and project management experience

Good to Have:

- 1. Masters in Architecture / Design

- 2. Experience with large or marquee corporate accounts

- 3. Design & Build delivery exposure
