DGM / AGM / Sr. Mgr - Business Development

Locations: Mumbai | Bangalore | Delhi NCR (multiple positions)

Role Summary:

We are looking to hire DGM / AGM / Sr. Mgr - Business Development preferably from REAL ESTATE / KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT backgrounds to drive growth by acquiring new enterprise clients, building strategic partnerships, and managing key customer relationships in the corporate interiors and workplace solutions segment across various Commercial, Warehousing, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own business development and revenue targets for the assigned locations.

- Generate and convert new business opportunities across reputed corporate clients.

- Build relationships with CXOs, Corporate Real Estate, Projects, Procurement, and Administration leaders.

- Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.

- Partner with Design and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions.

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, and CRM hygiene.

- Develop strategic partnerships with Developers, IPCs, and Real Estate Consultants.

Desired Profile:

- 3 - 10 years of B2B business development, enterprise sales or key account management experience.

- Background in Real Estate Development, Leasing, Commercial Interiors, Design & Build, Construction, Workplace Solutions, or related industries.

- Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large accounts.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

- Adept at using various AI tools for business development.

- MBA or equivalent from Top Tier colleges preferred.
