The Role:
We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive product evolution, user adoption, and success for our ERP, AI, and client-facing platforms. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
You will be responsible not just for capturing user needs, but also for ensuring users are trained, supported, and adopting the technology fully. Alongside this, you'll act as a junior product owner, building specifications, collaborating with designers in Figma, and working with the tech team to deliver impactful product updates.
Key Responsibilities:
Feedback-Driven Enhancements:
- Act as the voice of the user-capturing spoken and unspoken feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Prioritize recurring feedback, structure it into actionable product requirements, and ensure enhancements are implemented.
- Maintain a continuous product improvement pipeline to evolve ERP workflows, AI tools, and the client portal.
User Training & Adoption:
- Conduct training sessions for FlipSpaces' ~400 internal users across functions and for clients using the project-tracking portal.
- Create clear communication, playbooks, and walkthroughs to drive adoption of new features and workflows.
- Partner with engagement teams to monitor adoption metrics and proactively resolve barriers to usage.
Junior Product Responsibilities:
- Work with senior Product Managers to write product requirement documents (PRDs) and create detailed specifications.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers in Figma to refine solutions into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
- Support the engineering team by clarifying requirements, testing features, and validating builds.
- Document enhancements and ensure smooth rollout through training, release notes, and feature demos.
Additional Contributions:
- Generate adoption and engagement reports highlighting usage trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Support larger strategic initiatives by contributing data, insights, and execution support.
- Identify opportunities where AI can simplify user workflows, improve adoption, or enhance client engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles (experience in ERP, SaaS, or user success is a plus).
- Strong interest in user training, technology adoption, and continuous product evolution.
- Analytical and structured approach to prioritizing feedback and documenting requirements.
- Empathy and sincerity in understanding user needs, with the ability to translate them into actionable improvements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for conducting trainings and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Figma for reviewing and collaborating on designs (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Adaptability to switch between training, user feedback, and product specification tasks effectively.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and motivation to grow into a full Product Manager role over time.

- Timezone overlap: Flexibility to align with US-based teams for select meetings.
