- FlipSpaces Technology Labs Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Work hours: Flexibility to align with US time zones for select meetings

Employment type: Full-time

Why this role exists?

FlipSpaces is building VizDom, the operating system that helps teams run projects from the moment a lead enters the system to the moment we hand over the keys. As an APM, you will help ship product improvements across ERP workflows, procurement and vendor modules, and AI-powered experiences, while ensuring users adopt and benefit from what we build.

This role is ideal for early-career product talent who combine curiosity, structured thinking, strong communication, and a bias for action.

What you'll work on (examples)?

You may work on high-impact areas such as:

- Core ERP workflows that support project execution and operations

- Procure-to-Pay workflows such as requisitions and approvals, PO and WO creation, GRN and SES, invoicing, payments, reporting, and vendor portal experiences

- AI features that reduce manual work, simplify decision making, and improve predictability, such as project digests, risk or escalation signals, and workflow nudges

- Exact scope depends on team priorities and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Product discovery and requirements:

- Act as the voice of the user by gathering feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders and converting it into clear problem statements and requirements.

- Write structured PRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and workflow notes.

- Clarify ambiguous requests by validating real user behavior through interviews, shadowing, and feedback loops.

2) Prioritization and continuous improvement:

- Maintain a continuous improvement pipeline by triaging inputs, estimating impact and effort, and recommending priorities.

- Support senior Product Managers in roadmap planning, scoping, and release planning.

3) Delivery with design and engineering:

- Partner with UI and UX to refine workflows, especially around forms, approvals, and exception handling.

- Work with engineering to clarify requirements, unblock development, test features, validate builds, and support release readiness.

4) Adoption and training as a core outcome:

- Plan and run training sessions and demos for internal users and for clients or vendors when relevant.

- Create rollout and communication materials such as release notes, quick guides, FAQs, and what changed summaries.

- Work with engagement teams to monitor adoption and identify friction points, then drive improvements.

5) Analytics and reporting:

- Track usage and adoption metrics, identify drop-offs, and share insights and recommendations.

- Create simple dashboards or recurring reports to make progress visible and help teams take action.

What success looks like in first 90 days?

- First 30 days: Build product context, map key workflows, shadow users, and own a small requirement end to end.

- First 60 days: Ship at least one meaningful improvement with a complete PRD and rollout plan, and deliver at least one training or demo.

- First 90 days: Own a recurring pipeline for a module or area, from feedback to spec to release to adoption to measurement.

Qualifications:

Must-have:

- 2 to 6 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ops, Program

- Management, Consulting, or SaaS and ERP implementation roles.

- Strong structured thinking and ability to document requirements clearly.

- Ability to prioritize using impact and effort logic.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable running training and stakeholder discussions.

- Curiosity to proactively explore and experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies, continuously applying them to improve productivity, workflows, and ways of working.

- Comfort working in ambiguity and switching between discovery, documentation, delivery support, and rollout.

Good-to-have:

- Exposure to ERP, procurement, finance ops, approvals workflows, or vendor management.

- Familiarity with Figma for collaborating on designs, or willingness to learn quickly.

- Interest in AI-driven workflow automation and user experience simplification.

- Basic comfort with product analytics and adoption measurement.

- What makes this a great "future PM" role

- Real product ownership with end-to-end exposure: discovery, prioritization, delivery, rollout, and adoption.

- Deep understanding of operational workflows and real-world user behavior.

- A clear path to grow into a Product Manager role through increasing scope and ownership.
