Why this role exists?
FlipSpaces is building VizDom, the operating system that helps teams run projects from the moment a lead enters the system to the moment we hand over the keys. As an APM, you will help ship product improvements across ERP workflows, procurement and vendor modules, and AI-powered experiences, while ensuring users adopt and benefit from what we build.
This role is ideal for early-career product talent who combine curiosity, structured thinking, strong communication, and a bias for action.
What you'll work on (examples)?
You may work on high-impact areas such as:
- Core ERP workflows that support project execution and operations
- Procure-to-Pay workflows such as requisitions and approvals, PO and WO creation, GRN and SES, invoicing, payments, reporting, and vendor portal experiences
- AI features that reduce manual work, simplify decision making, and improve predictability, such as project digests, risk or escalation signals, and workflow nudges
- Exact scope depends on team priorities and roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Product discovery and requirements:
- Act as the voice of the user by gathering feedback from internal teams and external stakeholders and converting it into clear problem statements and requirements.
- Write structured PRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria, edge cases, and workflow notes.
- Clarify ambiguous requests by validating real user behavior through interviews, shadowing, and feedback loops.
2) Prioritization and continuous improvement:
- Maintain a continuous improvement pipeline by triaging inputs, estimating impact and effort, and recommending priorities.
- Support senior Product Managers in roadmap planning, scoping, and release planning.
3) Delivery with design and engineering:
- Partner with UI and UX to refine workflows, especially around forms, approvals, and exception handling.
- Work with engineering to clarify requirements, unblock development, test features, validate builds, and support release readiness.
4) Adoption and training as a core outcome:
- Plan and run training sessions and demos for internal users and for clients or vendors when relevant.
- Create rollout and communication materials such as release notes, quick guides, FAQs, and what changed summaries.
- Work with engagement teams to monitor adoption and identify friction points, then drive improvements.
5) Analytics and reporting:
- Track usage and adoption metrics, identify drop-offs, and share insights and recommendations.
- Create simple dashboards or recurring reports to make progress visible and help teams take action.
What success looks like in first 90 days?
- First 30 days: Build product context, map key workflows, shadow users, and own a small requirement end to end.
- First 60 days: Ship at least one meaningful improvement with a complete PRD and rollout plan, and deliver at least one training or demo.
- First 90 days: Own a recurring pipeline for a module or area, from feedback to spec to release to adoption to measurement.
Qualifications:
Must-have:
- 2 to 6 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ops, Program
- Management, Consulting, or SaaS and ERP implementation roles.
- Strong structured thinking and ability to document requirements clearly.
- Ability to prioritize using impact and effort logic.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable running training and stakeholder discussions.
- Curiosity to proactively explore and experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies, continuously applying them to improve productivity, workflows, and ways of working.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and switching between discovery, documentation, delivery support, and rollout.
Good-to-have:
- Exposure to ERP, procurement, finance ops, approvals workflows, or vendor management.
- Familiarity with Figma for collaborating on designs, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Interest in AI-driven workflow automation and user experience simplification.
- Basic comfort with product analytics and adoption measurement.
