Role Overview
- We are seeking a high-performing AVP/VP - Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, enterprise acquisition, and strategic partnerships in the commercial interiors & design build space.
- This is a leadership role for a seasoned B2B sales professional with a proven track record in closing large-ticket enterprise mandates within commercial real estate, interiors, construction, or allied industries.
- The role will directly influence market expansion, key account development, and long-term revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute revenue strategy aligned with annual and long-term growth targets.
- Build and manage a strong enterprise pipeline across MNCs, corporates, coworking operators, and high-growth startups.
- Identify expansion opportunities across new industry segments and geographies.
- Drive large-ticket deal closures and multi-city mandates.
2. Enterprise Business Development:
- Build CXO-level relationships with Real Estate Heads, Admin Heads, and Corporate Decision-Makers.
- Lead client pitches, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Own end-to-end sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Drive repeat business and key account growth.
3. Market Development & Strategic Partnerships:
- Leverage strong networks with IPCs (CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank), landlords, and developers.
- Track leasing cycles, relocation mandates, and new commercial developments.
- Build ecosystem partnerships to strengthen funnel velocity.
4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborate with Design, Strategy, and Operations teams to craft competitive proposals.
- Align with Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and demand generation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 12-15 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Strong exposure to commercial real estate, interiors, design-build, or construction sectors.
- Demonstrated success in closing multi-crore enterprise mandates.
- Established CXO connects and strong IPC/broker ecosystem relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution orientation.
- MBA / Engineering from reputed institutions preferred.
