Role Overview
As a senior leader in our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, you will own revenue growth across the US by leading high-value, enterprise B2B sales for large commercial interior and design-build projects ($2M-$20M+ per project).
This role blends enterprise sales leadership, CXO-level engagement, P&L accountability, and team building, with full autonomy to scale Flipspaces' US growth engine and establish us as a trusted partner in the commercial interiors ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Own the Revenue Function
- Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle - from prospecting and qualification to contracting and deal closure - for large commercial interior projects.
- Acquire and grow enterprise accounts across Technology, BFSI, Startups, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), and Co-working / Flex Space sectors.
- Define and execute revenue growth strategies by industry vertical, geography, and account size.
Build Relationships That Last
- Engage CXOs, Heads of Real Estate & Facilities, Workplace Strategy Leaders, Founders, and CRE decision-makers throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Drive account expansion, repeat business, and referrals through long-term relationship management.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients from concept, design, and budgeting through execution and handover.
Be Data-Obsessed
- Leverage CRM systems, pipeline analytics, and forecasting models to drive decision-making and predictability.
- Track and optimize core sales metrics including pipeline velocity, conversion rates, deal size, and contribution margins.
- Bring rigor to commercials, proposals, and client communication.
Own the P&L
- Own project-level pricing, costing, and margin accountability for US deals.
- Partner with finance to align billing schedules, revenue recognition, collections, and cash flow.
- Proactively identify risks, manage change orders, and protect profitability across the deal lifecycle.
- Work with finance to align billing, revenue recognition, and receivables.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with design, tech, procurement, and project teams for seamless execution.
- Facilitate client design walkthroughs and workshops alongside creative teams.
- Align talent hiring and capacity planning with revenue ramp-up and market expansion.
Build Strategic Channels
- Develop partnerships with developers, CRE brokers, tenant rep firms, project management consultants (PMCs), and industry platforms to drive qualified lead flow.
- Expand our partner ecosystem across emerging cities and verticals.
- Launch channel incentive programs and co-branded engagement strategies.
Lead a Rockstar Team
- Build and mentor a high-performance sales team from Tier-1 colleges and top CRE backgrounds.
- Enable consultative selling, best-in-class CRM usage, and tech-led pitches.
- Represent Flipspaces at key industry forums, events, and panels.
You Bring
- 15+ years in enterprise B2B sales - ideally in commercial interiors, workspace solutions, or real estate services.
- Demonstrated success closing large, complex enterprise deals ($5M-$20M+) with senior executive stakeholders.
- Strong executive presence, commercial judgment, and ability to influence CXO-level decision-makers.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in fast-growth environments.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in high-growth, technology-led, or startup ecosystems is a strong advantage.
