Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary Head of Creative & Marketing Communication to lead our brand, creative, and communication strategy. This role combines creative direction, brand stewardship, and integrated marketing communications to build a strong, consistent, and differentiated brand presence across all channels. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with expertise in brand-building, communication, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Creative Leadership:
- Redefine, own, and reinforce the brand strategy, positioning, and visual identity.
- Lead development of compelling creative concepts and campaigns across print, outdoor, events, and experiential platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and design across all internal and external communication touchpoints.
- Translate business objectives into storytelling, campaigns, and creative assets.
2. Marketing Communications & Collateral Development:
- Oversee design and development of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, videos, and branded merchandise.
- Build and execute ATL & BTL campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage PR strategy media engagement, press releases, interviews, and thought-leadership content.
- Drive corporate communications and leadership messaging for stakeholders, investors, and partners.
- Ensure event branding and participation in trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions are impactful and aligned with the brand.
3. Advertising Strategy & Planning:
- Define the overall advertising vision and roadmap aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Develop and oversee integrated ATL & BTL advertising campaigns (print, TV, OOH, radio, digital, experiential).
- Partner with leadership and marketing teams to translate business goals into impactful advertising narratives.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis to ensure campaigns are differentiated and relevant.
4. Creative & Campaign Development:
- Lead concept creation and oversee the execution of high-quality advertising creatives.
- Work closely with creative teams and external agencies to deliver compelling campaigns on time and within budget.
- Maintain brand consistency and messaging across all advertising formats.
- Innovate in storytelling, positioning, and creative execution to engage target audiences.
5. Media Planning & Buying:
- Design and implement effective media strategy across ATL & BTL channels.
- Negotiate with media houses, vendors, and agencies to maximize ROI.
- Evaluate media performance and optimize spend for efficiency and impact.
6. Execution & Performance Management:
- Ensure flawless execution of campaigns across all platforms.
- Establish clear KPIs (reach, engagement, brand recall, conversion impact) and track campaign performance.
- Regularly report results, insights, and learnings to the leadership team.
7. Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, content creators, and PR/communications professionals.
- Collaborate closely with business heads, founders, and sales teams to align brand and communication with business objectives.
- Manage and evaluate external agencies (creative, PR, event, media) for high-quality output.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing/MarCom roles with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
- Proven track record of managing brand, creative, ATL/BTL campaigns, PR, and communications.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sectors (interiors, real estate, design, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
- MBA/PG in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
