Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven AVP - Business Development with a strong background in B2B sales and enterprise client engagement to join our leadership team in UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the commercial real estate, design & build, or allied services sector. This is a strategic role that will spearhead Flipspaces market penetration in UAE and the wider UAE region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the commercial design and build space.

- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise clients including MNCs, startups, coworking brands, real estate developers, and institutional occupiers.

- Own end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation, client pitch, proposal coordination, negotiations to closure.

- Cultivate and maintain strong CXO-level relationships with decision makers across industry verticals.

- Represent Flipspaces in key industry events, networking platforms, and client presentations.

- Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, project management) to deliver customized solutions.

- Monitor competition, market trends, and pricing to position Flipspaces competitively.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets as set by leadership.

- Work closely with the leadership team to shape regional go-to-market strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. MBA is a plus.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in interior design & build, real estate, workplace solutions, or facility management.

- Strong network of corporate contacts and client relationships in the UAE.

- Proven ability to drive consultative sales processes and long-term client engagements.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and a result-oriented approach.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working with global design firms, real estate consultancies, or project management consultancies.

- Experience selling to CXOs, Heads of Admin/Facilities, or Real Estate Heads.
