About the Role:

We're looking for a seasoned AGM / DGM - Projects (EPC) to drive execution excellence across large-scale turnkey EPC projects - owning delivery, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EPC projects - from design coordination and procurement through construction, commissioning, and handover.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

- Drive commercial excellence through cost optimisation, value engineering, contract management, and risk mitigation.

- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.

- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing multidisciplinary project teams.

- Partner with Business Development on bid strategy and project acquisition.

What We're Looking For:

- 8 - 15 years of leadership experience in EPC, Design & Build, or Infrastructure projects.

- Hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and MEP execution.

- Prior experience in BOQ finalisation for Industrial/Warehousing projects (mandatory).

- Background in Industrial & Manufacturing, Warehousing & Logistics, Healthcare, Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, or Data Centres.

- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across geographies.

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; MBA a plus.
