AGM/DGM Business Development and Strategic Partnerships
Job Overview:
As Flipspaces scales globally, the Founders Office plays a critical role in unlocking high-value partnerships, strategic accounts, and institutional relationships that shape the next decade of growth. In this role, you will represent the Founders Office in cultivating, expanding, and institutionalizing a powerful network of CXOs, investors, developers, occupiers, and strategic partners - who already contribute 2030% of Flipspaces high-value business today. Your mandate is simple, but non-trivial: Turn trusted relationships into repeatable, scalable, and compounding business outcomes. You will operate as a strategic individual contributor, working closely with the Founder, supported by a lean team, owning program design, relationship orchestration, and conversion outcomes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, own, and run a structured monthly engagement framework for the Founders CXO, Investor, and Strategic Partner network.
- Curate monthly business wishlists including accounts, geographies, asset classes, and mandates.
- Prepare high-quality briefing notes and context decks for outreach.
- Drive monthly review cycles tracking: 1. Introductions made, 2. Conversations initiated, 3. Opportunities logged, 4. Conversions closed.
- Deepen existing relationships within the Founders close circle across: 1. Real estate developers and occupiers, 2. PE, VC, and family offices, 3. Enterprise CXOs and founders.
- Proactively expand the network through your own extended personal and professional relationships.
- Position Flipspaces as a trusted long-term partner, not a transactional vendor.
- Own and drive large, complex, high-value mandates originating from the Founders Office.
- Partner with internal teams to shape solutions.
- Engage credibly with senior stakeholders on commercial, strategic, and delivery considerations.
- Conceptualize and execute curated, high-signal engagements such as closed-door CXO dinners, investor roundtables, and geo-specific or sector-focused events.
- Work closely with marketing and leadership to ensure account-based nurturing for priority relationships.
- Communicate with the gravitas, clarity, and judgment of a founder.
- Represent Flipspaces credibly in senior-most forums.
- Act as a trusted extension of the Founders voice, values, and vision.
Who You Are:
- 6-8 years of experience in strategic partnerships, enterprise business, consulting, investment banking, or founder-led businesses.
- Proven exposure to high-value, relationship-driven deals.
- Global exposure across India, Middle East, and/or USA strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skillsyou can command a room of CXOs.
- Strong program management mindsetyou bring structure to ambiguity.
- High learning agility and ability to synthesize across design, business, and capital.
- Comfort with data-assisted decision-making including tracking pipelines, conversions, and ROI.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
