You are Responsible For :
- Lead demand planning, analytics and customer experience charter for Flipkart Grocery.
- Drive MoM business goals such as Traffic, conversion, AOV and GMV Define and own the program mechanics, including earn/burn rules, and benefits, to ensure alignment with program objectives and cost guardrails.
- Own and manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for loyalty program users, from trial to acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Develop frameworks to prioritize actions across customer cohorts and lifecycle stages, ensuring high downstream impact.
- Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, monitor campaign performance, and refine lifecycle strategies .
- Collaborate with Product, Storefront, and Marketing teams to align campaigns with growth and engagement goals .
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the right customer experience is delivered with respect to speed, selection, in stock and pricing Identify unmet customer needs and pain points through research and data insights.
- Conceptualize and design new solutions and benefits to address these gaps, running pilots and scaling successful initiatives .
- Work closely with and influence key stakeholders across Product, Sell, Buy, SCM, Finance, CX, and Trust & Safety to ensure the program delivers on goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
