Designation - Manager Location - Madhakondapalli, Hosur The incumbent would be leading the Zonal Line-Haul operations (All Fleet Management). This role demands sound understanding in Linehaul/ Fleet Management, supply network/connections & data analytics, OE & be working together with ground Line Haul Operations and key stakeholders ensuring that the major/key initiatives are met, and the operations run effectively & efficiently on day-to-day basis. Experience & Educational Qualification : Degree with 10yrs+- in logistics industry. What will you be doing? - Leading E2E Zonal Linehaul/fleet operations. - Drive superior Reliability, Cost & Speed charter for the zone. - Coordinate for LH frequency, connectivity for optimized network keeping cost & speed in mind. - Drive all major initiatives & key initiatives of Linehaul / fleet management. - Coordinate & Co-own vendor management for the zone for driving reliability & cost management. - People development & nurturing team. - Stakeholder management with DC/XD - Strong co-ordination with DC/XD, FM/LM, CMT, Network & design teams to ensure continues improvement in serviceability. - Conduct periodic reviews for all metrices and ensure- clear action plan for improvement.
