About the Job : Marketing Manager - Shopsy Customer Growth & Retention Shopsy's Marketing team at Flipkart is hiring a Marketing Manager - Customer Growth & Retention who would be responsible for defining, tracking and improving key customer metrics. This is a highly data oriented role and we expect the person in this role to have a strong understanding of data driven customer growth & retention models, comfortable with analyzing large volumes of complex data, innovative thinking and structured problem solving. The person in this role will also need to partner with brand, performance marketing, business and product teams to drive initiatives set to achieve the annual targets taken on customer metrics.
