Role: Manager - Corporate Finance & Strategy, Flipkart Group Team

Location: Bangalore

About the role

High-visibility seat in the CFO's office, working at the intersection of capital markets, board/investor narratives, and group-level planning across Flipkart, Myntra, Flipkart Minutes, and Shopsy. Direct exposure to senior leadership and Walmart HQ.

What you'll do

- Support fund-raises and IPO workstreams - charters, diligence prep, banker and investor materials

- Own non-financial KPI reporting; build board and investor decks (quarterly cadence + ad-hoc)

- Drive annual operating plan and long-range plan cycles for group entities; partner with BU CFOs and strategy leads

- Track domestic and global peers (Amazon, Walmart, JD.com, Meesho, Zepto, BSE-listed consumer plays) - benchmarks, earnings deep-dives, thematic reads

- Translate complex business and financial signals into tight narratives for senior leadership

You should apply if you have

- MBA from Tier-1 B-school (IIM-ABC, ISB, FMS, XLRI)

- 2-4 years post-MBA at a top strategy/consulting firm OR an FMCG/consumer company

- High ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity; intellectually curious

- Mastery of PPT and Excel; sharp written and visual storytelling
