About the role: This Role is primarily responsible for New initiatives to reduce Damages, Improve good-inventory (returns) and end-to-end reconciliation . Role requires a deep understanding of the E-commerce supply chain and People skills. It will be Challenging, Demanding and will also give rare opportunity to work in heavy volumetric supply chain in a well established company What you'll do: Damage Reduction and Returns Management: - Drive damage reduction by liaising with transportation (LH) teams, last-mile (LM) and warehouse teams (DC) - Accountable for returns management and devise ways to maximise the good-inventory in last mile - Analyse and identify new opportunities/areas of improvement the health of shipments in supply chain End-to-End Reconciliation : - Responsible for minimizing the PAN India logistics losses by timely reconciliation of shipments in last-mile the logisticsPrexo reassess scale up- - Analyse and identify new opportunities/areas of improvement the health of shipments in supply chain Continuous Improvement: - Drive new initiatives for continuous improvement and sustainability- - Aligning initiatives/targets with zonal and central stakeholders along with delivery timelines- What you'll need: - B.E. + MBA in Supply chain and Operations Preferred - 4-7 years of work experience in Operations/Logistics - Sound knowledge of logistics Operations - Excellent data analytics skills - Good Stakeholder and Team Management skills - Current Working location :- Flipkart Internet Ltd, Embassy Tech Village campus, Bengaluru
