This role is for a Lead People Analytics Consultant on the People Analytics team based out of Bangalore. Here you get the chance to be part of the team that uncovers and drives data-driven insights to attract, develop, motivate, engage, advance, and retain Flipkart's most important asset - our people. 2. You will act as a consultant for the HR function and Leaders to drive actions/outcomes based on research and analysis backed by data on a broad spectrum of people related challenges. Examples include employee performance, growth, engagement, diversity, compensation, retention and top talent attrition. 3. You are a technologist at heart and an HR Analytics SME who brings a strong quantitative background with a proficiency in Statistics 4. You are able to weave a compelling story through visualized data. 5. You will build and drive detailed statistical analysis (quantitative and qualitative) across the employee life cycle and identify actionable insights for Flipkart HR to work through which in turn drive positive impact towards our Flipster experience, engagement, wellbeing and D&I 6. You are adept at running data queries across SQL and then visualizing through PowerBI with actionable insights and recommendations into your stakeholders 7. You are able to hold stakeholders accountable through data and insights What will a day in your life look like (Key Accountabilities) 1. Collaborating with HR COEs and Business teams to understand and help shape specific Hypotheses, gather data and build insights to advise on actionable recommendations for HR to deliver against 23's strategy and key priorities 2. Drive and manage cross functional projects requiring People Analytics intervention for COEs/BU's across touchpoints in the employee life cycle 3. Drive report automation on Power Bi to enable data led decision making across HR while embedding self-sufficiency within the function for all reporting/analytics needs 4. Drive UI simplification on PowerBI 5. Run regressions/correlations or other statistical techniques to understand which variables have an influence on employee engagement, experience, NPS and wellbeing as some of the key output themes. 6. Run a Text Analytics (topic/sentiment/thematic/categorisation) from Qualtrics to identify underlying themes; building a story around these to identify the what, so what and now what. 7. Drive along with the rest of the team, the Continuous Listening strategy that capture employee experiences around key moments that matter, focused on increasing survey adoption and action planning with stakeholder groups. This is a key priority for 23. 8. Identify data gaps and highlight to the respective custodians to have corrected To succeed in this role, you bring the following to the table- Key Functional Skills: 1. Preferred Master / Bachelors Degree in Statistics at least 6+ years of experience in working in People Analytics. Overall Work experience in the range of 8-10 years 2. Hands on experience on PowerBi 3. Hands-on experience in Python/R/SQL 4. Hands on experience on Qualtrics. 5. An SME with a very robust understanding of the HR Domain across all COEs and Processes 6. Great to have experience in Data Engineering, with broad exposure on data warehouses, ETLs etc How are you expected to show up-(Key Behaviors) 1.
