You are responsible for: A Category Leader at Flipkart will head the P&L of the business end-to-end, doing leadership across online/offline retail to provide an enhanced customer value proposition and make Flipkart the research and purchase destination for their categories in India. Key KRAs would include business growth, strategy, profitability, exclusivity, complete P&L, team development, vendor relationship management etc. This person would have the opportunity to create an impact in the industry and in FK and place oneself in line for higher positions in the BU or other parts of the org.
