
Role Overview:
We're looking for a strategic HRBP who can partner closely with business leaders to drive people outcomes - from org design and talent development to employee experience and culture. You'll be a trusted advisor to your business group while rolling up your sleeves to execute.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with business leaders (Tech, Product, or Business teams) as a strategic advisor on all people matters.
- Drive workforce planning, org design, and headcount management in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Lead performance management cycles - goal-setting, mid-year reviews, calibrations, and PIPs.
- Identify capability gaps and work with L&D to design targeted interventions.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and complex HR investigations with empathy and discretion.
- Use HR data and dashboards to identify trends (attrition, engagement, headcount) and proactively surface risks.
- Champion culture, DEI, and employee engagement initiatives specific to your business unit.
- Collaborate with COEs (Rewards, L&D, Talent Management TA, HR Ops) to deliver seamless people experiences.
- Support organizational change management during restructuring, mergers, or rapid scale.
What We're Looking For:
- 11 - 18 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 11 years in a Business Partner role.
- Experience at a high-growth tech/e-commerce/startup environments or travel-tech company.
- Strong stakeholder management - ability to influence without authority at senior levels.
- Hands-on with HR analytics; comfortable building and interpreting dashboards.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute preferred.
