About the Role: As the Business Finance Partner (BFP) for Quick Commerce business, you will be the financial architect behind our engine. This is a highly strategic position where you sit at the intersection of Finance and Operations. You will provide the financial visibility and analytical rigor needed to make our quick commerce model both sustainable and profitable.

Your mission is to turn operational data into financial insights, ensuring that every order is optimized for margin without compromising on speed.

You are Responsible for:

- Unit Economics Management: Deep dive into the Cost Per Oder (CPO). Analyze components like payouts, surge pay and asset depreciation to improve the contribution margin.

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the Opex budget for the division. Create rolling forecasts for based on growth projections.

- Incentive Design: Partner with Operations to design and validate incentive structures. Ensure that "Gamification" or "Peak Pay" models drive the right behavior while remaining within budget.

- Variance Analysis: Conduct weekly and monthly reviews of "Actual vs. Plan" spend. Identify leakages (e.g., excessive wait-time payouts or high cancellation costs) and drive corrective actions.

- Strategic Decision Support: Build financial models to evaluate new initiatives, such as transitioning to an Electric Vehicle (EV) fleet, launching new dark stores, or changing payout structures.

- P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the Last Mile P&L. Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership through clear, actionable dashboards.

- Communication: Ability to translate complex financial jargon into simple, actionable advice for operational "boots on the ground."

- Technical Mastery: Advanced Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
