Flipkart - Assistant Manager - Category - Demand Planning

About the Role & Team:

As Asst. Manager - Category Marketing, you will be a part of Flipkart's Grocery team and will work closely with category and supply chain team to develop and secure demand. In this critical role, you will help inform and drive levers identified for growth, track and monitor so that appropriate actions can be taken. You also will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure the business needs are being achieved.

You are Responsible for:

Specific responsibilities will include to:

1. Lead for demand planning and analytics for Flipkart Grocery.

2. Create dashboards to track and highlight growth levers where there is deviation from plan.

3. Leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, monitor campaign performance, and refine lifecycle strategies.

4. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the right customer experience is delivered with respect to speed, selection, in stock and pricing.

To succeed in this role - you should have the following:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer / Electronics Engineering

- 2+ years' experience leading and managing data

- SQL, Python, Problem Solving, Analytical Skills

- Strong ability to work in an ambiguous environment, identify and solve novel problems, and manage change .

- Excellent interpersonal skills - High attention to detail

- Advanced problem-solving skills for difficult to complex issues

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong oral and written communication skills along with a proven ability to influence others internally and externally

- Sound business judgment and strong analytical thinking

- Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
