ABOUT B2B VERTICAL:- The B2B vertical at FLIP deals with Banks (Pvt. Sector Banks, Public Sector Banks, New Generation Banks), Financial Institutions (NBFCs, HFCs, Brokerages, AMCs etc.,) and IT/ITES Companies. The B2B vertical contributes ~ 40% of FLIP's revenues; we are looking to grow it aggressively. This is where you come in! As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will:- 1. Own and lead the B2B division's lead generation and nurturing efforts through varied channels like email and content marketing 2. Actively engage in lead communication and management through a marketing funnel and make the leads sales ready 3. Develop a strong understanding of FLIP solutions, the Banking & Finance industry and their needs; and structure your plan accordingly. 4. Research and Identify new channels to build target customers database 5. Build and maintain the lead details and communication history via CRM tool 6. Generate and maintain lead reports to reflect lead nurturing activities, conversion funnel stage and lead score 7. Work with the B2B sales team to set up communication strategy, constantly understand lead quality, get feedback and adapt. What we are looking for:- 1. 1-3 years of proven success in B2C/B2B lead generation roles (exceptional MTs will be considered too) 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 3. Intelligent, creative in thought and self driven 4. An MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed institute 5.
