Key Responsibilities
1. Product Development Support
- Assist in building and managing the product lifecycle for core systems, including loan origination, loan management, credit engines, taxation & reporting tools.
- Support creation of PRDs, user stories, and release notes.
- Manage the timelines and people for short-term projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define product requirements, track sprints, and support QA testing before releases.
- Conduct in-depth market and user research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Maintain documentation such as product specs, user guides, and feature FAQs.
2. Product Marketing & GTM Execution
- Help shape product positioning and messaging tailored for salaried employees facing financial distress or overwhelmed with a high debt burden in Indonesia.
- Working closely with the digital team, plan and execute go-to-market activities including digital campaigns, feature announcements, and onboarding content.
- Gather and organize customer feedback, testimonials, and use cases to improve product storytelling and engagement.
- Draft and review UI copy, tutorials, and onboarding flows to enhance user understanding and adoption.
3. Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a communication bridge between product, engineering, design, business, and operations teams.
- Support the creation of training and support materials for sales, customer service, and channel partners.
- Own backlog grooming and apply ruthless prioritization based on business needs and user feedback.
What We're Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in product management, must be from B2C/P2P fintech or financial services in product management.
- Strong tech background, MBA, or hands-on experience in product management is necessary.
- Strong academic background (top-tier university preferred) with a demonstrated ability to learn fast and solve complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in product thinking, user research, and customer empathy.
- An analytical mindset with strong familiarity in tools like MS Excel, Prototyping tools (like Figma, Lucid etc.), or product analytics dashboards.
- Prior experience working with cross-functional or vendor-led tech teams
- Ability to analyze data and distill insights into actionable product ideas.
Bonus Points For:
- Understanding of or strong interest in Indonesia's consumer lending landscape.
- Exposure to financial modeling, loan workflows, or credit assessment processes.
