Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager specialising in Performance Management and Rewards & Recognition to lead pivotal people strategies, foster employee engagement, and oversee core HR functions in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and manage performance review cycles, key performance indicators (KPIs), and feedback mechanisms.

- Develop and execute impactful rewards and recognition (R&R) programs.

- Collaborate with leadership on performance-linked growth and engagement initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy implementation.

- Analyse HR data to enhance processes, retention rates, and employee engagement.

- Mentor and manage the HR team, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.

Requirements:

- Applicant should have prior experience in managing performance Systems, defining KRA, KPI, etc. in an IT Consultancy, Staffing organisation

- 8-12 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on performance management and R&R.

- Familiarity with Indian employment laws and HR compliance regulations.

- Proficiency in HRIS (ADP) and ATS (JobDiva is preferred).

- Demonstrated strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
