Our vision is to give "Financial access at a click". Our talent pool has rockstars from diverse backgrounds - ex- Founders, investment bankers, e-commerce and payments with the passion to make a difference to the lives of 70 mn+ MSME businesses in India.

The role in a gist:

As FlexiLoans enters the next orbit of growth, we are looking for people with the passion and hunger to make a dent in the MSME ecosystem. In this role you will be working closely with the Founder on special projects.

What you will work on:

i. Driving strategic initiatives:

- Oversee new strategic business initiatives through successful execution in coordination with Team Leads and other team members

- Ensuring periodic progress tracking and Level 1 problem solving on behalf of the Founder

- Work closely with the Founder on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and then planning to scale the same

- Improve current processes and develop procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity

ii. Dashboard, analytics and insights:

- Analyse data to deliver actionable insights and define key programs

- Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

- Competition insights and latest updates on key projects/initiatives

The ideal candidate:

- Highly driven and motivated individual

- Ability to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders

- Process oriented and analytical mindset

- Excellent communication and project management skills

Qualification and Experience:

- Tier-1 Engineering graduates with 1-3 years of professional work experience

- Exposure to a dynamic growth environment particularly in startups would be an added advantage

- Experience in business operations and analytics
