FlexiLoans - Analyst - Strategy & Corporate Development

What you will work on:

- Support end-to-end execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, including market screening, diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis

- Prepare investment memos, internal presentations, and board materials to drive strategic decision-making and to develop and maintain detailed financial models

- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify inorganic growth opportunities

- Coordinate with internal business units, finance, legal, and external advisors (investment bankers, consultants, lawyers) on live deals

- Assist in post-merger integration planning and performance tracking for acquired businesses

- Track industry trends, deal flow, and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape

The ideal candidate:

- Proven experience working on live transactions across due diligence, valuation, and deal execution

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; strong commercial acumen

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels

Qualification and Experience:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, or corporate M&A

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling techniques.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA/CFA is a plus
