Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager based in Pune.
- The Center Manager will lead daily operations, manage customer experience, and coordinate activities within the center to ensure smooth functioning.
- Responsibilities include staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, overseeing schedules, and maintaining high-quality service delivery.
- The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen understanding of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills
- Customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of health and wellness concepts, particularly in physical, mental, or spiritual well-being
- Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting
- Prior experience in managing wellness or fitness centers is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, management, or a related field
- Ability to work in an on-site role in Pune
- Adaptability, a positive attitude, and a passion for holistic health and wellness
