Role Overview:

Flex is adding a Manager to the Corporate Strategy (CS) team to support senior leadership with industry and financial insights, competitive intelligence, and deal evaluation. The role partners with global stakeholders to convert strategy into action across growth, profitability, and innovation. Youll build models & decks, lead workstreams, and coach analysts/associates.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a strategy business partner to senior executives; translate analyses into clear recommendations.

- Build robust financial models in Excel; conduct market/competitor benchmarking and opportunity assessments.

- Develop impactful, executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint.

- Drive analysis for strategic initiatives, such as:

- Business unit/segment strategy and go-to-market assessments (attractiveness, risks, economics).

- M&A strategy: identify, evaluate, and support diligence on targets; portfolio/valuation analysis.

- Corporate vision and enterprise-level strategy build-outs.

- Externally facing macro/market/competitive analysis.

- Perform valuations, market sizing, and financial/technical analysis using corporate finance metrics and enterprise multiples.

- Coach and guide team members; act independently on new assignments and set priorities to meet objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

- 8+ years in strategy/consulting; Corporate Finance exposure with 3-5 years hands-on valuation experience is a plus.

- Proven end-to-end client/project management across strategy and transformation topics.

- Strong analytical problem-solving and insight synthesis; ability to communicate with senior leaders.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (executive storytelling).

- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment; strong network-building capability.

- Excellent interpersonal skills; collaborative team player; fluency in English.

- Nice to have: Digital marketing & branding experience.

- Preferred location: Chennai.
