Key responsibilities:

- Lead generation and prospecting: Research and identify potential clients, making outbound calls to generate leads. Coordinate to conceive, launch campaigns with mktg team and third-party agencies

- Customer engagement: Build relationship with existing and potential customers to understand their needs through discovery calls coordinated with pre-sales team

- Sales process management: CRM management, working with presales team on SoWs and customer proposals.

- Partner Process management: Opportunity pipeline, fund request and related procedures.

- Customer service: Work with presales and delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction

- Performance : Meeting or exceeding quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

Ideal Candidate:

- Candidate should be about 3-6 years of experience, reasonable knowledge of how Flentas & AWS operate.

- Preference should be given to candidates with experience in working with start-ups eco system, VCs, accelerators and incubators.

- Ideal person to start sales operations from India and should have the potential to handle customer accounts independently in future
