Assistant Manager - Finance Consolidation

Key Responsibilities :

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual MIS reporting that includes consolidation of subsidiaries worldwide

- Prepare the schedules to the financial reported numbers and have documented backup for adjustments each month that support the financial statements

- Liaise with the Accounts team of each region for monthly closure

- Review the financial data submitted by region for appropriateness of accounting & disclosure.

- Validate and reconcile inter-company transactions/ related party

- Provide analysis of the financial reporting

KPIs :

- Timely financial reporting

- Accurate financial reporting

Competencies :

- Excellent knowledge in accounting

- Experience in Consolidation procedures, including with foreign subsidiaries

- Hands on experience in Excel

Education: CA OR MBA Finance.
