Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers to drive adoption and deepen product usage across modules like fleet management, fuel monitoring, risk detection, transport planning & optimization, compliance, visibility, and analytics.
- Understand key operational and business metrics (e.g., fleet utilization, fuel consumption, turnaround time, on time delivery, safety incidents) and identify how Fleetx can influence these through intelligent implementation.
- Translate real-world logistics problems into technically executable solutions using Fleetx tools, working with cross-functional teams (Product, Solutions, Customer Success).
- Analyze customer data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Recommend actions and strategies that deliver measurable ROI to customers.
- Define success metrics and build transparent tracking frameworks to monitor progress and value delivery across accounts.
- Build reusable frameworks, playbooks, case studies and industry-specific best practices to accelerate growth and standardize consulting success.
- Conduct audits to assess the maturity of Fleetx deployment and recommend high-impact interventions-both quick wins and long-term strategies.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Graduation or post-graduation from a premier institute.
- 1-2 years of experience in analytics, consulting, SaaS solutions, logistics tech, or operations-heavy environments.
- Strong problem-solving ability at the intersection of Technology and Data.
- Ability to translate insights into compelling business narratives and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a strategic, data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-starter with high ownership and a drive to win in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
