
Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard resellers, strategic/channel partners in India and key international markets.
- Develop and execute partner enablement strategies, including training, GTM plans, and sales support.
- Build strong relationships with partners to drive joint success and achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor partner performance and drive continuous improvement through engagement and feedback loops.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
- Stay updated on regional market dynamics and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in international business development, channel sales, or partner management.
- Exposure to international markets such as SEA, ANZ, the Middle East, and Africa is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in a SaaS or software product company is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and execution skills.
- Ability to work independently across time zones and cultures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
