Sales Strategy & GTM Initiatives
- Collaborate directly with the Founder to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales growth initiatives.
- Drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - including goal setting, performance tracking, and progress reviews.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and execute data-backed market expansion and revenue projects.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and build business cases for growth and optimization.
Sales Enablement & Process Optimization
- Partner with Sales Leaders to enhance sales playbooks, pipeline management, and conversion visibility.
- Build scalable frameworks for lead management, forecasting, and performance governance.
- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks across the sales cycle using automation and data insights.
Data & Business Insights
- Leverage AI and analytics tools to derive insights that guide GTM and sales decisions.
- Present business performance updates and strategic insights to the Founders and leadership team for decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Strategic Projects
- Lead high-impact projects across sales, GTM, and revenue enablement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
- Deliver measurable business outcomes through structured project management and reporting.
