Flawsome (XLeap Care Pvt. Ltd.) - the startup behind Flushable & 100% biodegradable sanitary pad. We are on a mission to make menstruation sustainable, dignified, and stigma-free and we are looking for a Founder's Office Associate to join our core team.
What You will Do:
- Work directly with the Founder on strategy, growth, and execution.
- Drive fundraising, investor relations, and high-impact presentations.
- Lead cross-functional projects across product, marketing, partnerships & operations.
- Build dashboards, insights, and performance trackers for data-led decisions.
- Support hiring, brand, and special projects that shape Flawsome's next phase.
Who You Are:
- You are a strategic thinker who can switch between macro vision and micro execution.
- You are passionate about women's health, sustainability, and social innovation.
- You have 1-4 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or a fast-paced startup.
- You're obsessed with clarity, follow-through, and making things happen - fast.
- You believe in purpose, ownership, and creating impact that lasts.
