Lead key decision-making processes and ensure alignment across all departments. - Product Development & Innovation: Oversee the development of sanitary pads and other menstrual care products. Ensure the products meet quality standards, sustainability goals, and consumer preferences. - Team Building: Help recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture with clear roles and responsibilities. - Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead fundraising efforts, prepare pitch decks, and engage with investors. Assist in managing the investor relationships and reporting. - Sales & Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness. - Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business sustainability.
