Fixed Income Dealing & Treasury Manager - Debt Markets - Banking/Financial Services

Fixed Income - Treasury / Investments:

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6 - 8 years

Qualification: CA / MBA

We are looking for an experienced Fixed Income & Treasury professional to manage fixed income investments and trading activities while supporting liquidity planning and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track macroeconomic developments, regulations and fixed income markets and share relevant insights with leadership.

- Analyse sectors, credits, companies and market opportunities from a fixed income investment perspective.

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across Corporate Bonds, G-Secs, SDLs, T-Bills, CPs, CDs, Mutual Funds and other debt instruments.

- Explore opportunities in hybrid investments such as InvITs, REITs and emerging fund categories.

- Manage liquidity planning and support the Group's investment requirements.

- Generate trading opportunities and gains across fixed income instruments.

- Stay updated on treasury investment policies, RBI/regulatory developments and internal guidelines.

- Handle end-to-end trade execution and settlement activities.

- Work with platforms such as FTRAC, C-BRICS, NDS-OM and TREPS.

- Support MTM valuation of investment instruments using appropriate models and analytical techniques.

- Track P&L and prepare MIS and investment reports.

- Support other treasury-related operational activities as required.

Ideal Profile:

- CA or MBA with 6 - 8 years of relevant experience.

- Experience in Fixed Income Dealing, Treasury, Trading, Mutual Funds/AMC, Debt Markets, Family Offices or similar investment environments.

- Strong understanding of Indian debt and fixed income markets.

- Good credit analysis and market intelligence skills.

- Strong financial analysis and MIS reporting capabilities.

- Good industry network and ability to engage with market participants.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
