Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Dealer to join our Fixed Income division. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with institutional investors and a proven track record in placing bond issues. This role is highly relationship-driven and requires the ability to independently manage investor connections and support successful execution of regular and structured bond issuances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional fixed income investors, particularly based in Mumbai
- Establish and manage connections with mutual funds, insurance companies, NBFCs, and other large institutional investors
- Facilitate placement of regular and structured bond issues
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of fixed income transactions
- Leverage existing investor relationships to successfully close bond deals
- Track market trends, investor appetite, and yield movements in the fixed income market
- Strengthen and expand the institutional investor network to enhance deal flow
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in fixed income dealing, bond placement, or debt capital markets
- Demonstrated success in placing bond issues with institutional investors
- Candidates from merchant banking, bond arranging, NBFCs, mutual funds, or insurance companies are preferred
- Strong existing relationships with key fixed income institutional investors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deal-oriented environment
