Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to own end-to-end product execution across app and web. The role focuses on improving user journeys, conversion, retention, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product roadmap and execution across web & app
- Translate business goals into product features and experiments
- Work closely with tech, design, and marketing teams
- Optimize funnels: landing - onboarding - purchase - retention
- Analyze user behavior using tools (Mixpanel, GA, MoEngage, etc.)
- Run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates
- Improve checkout, payment flows, and UX for higher revenue
- Build and maintain PRDs and product documentation
- Coordinate releases and ensure timelines are met
Requirements:
- 3-8 years experience in product management (preferably D2C/startup)
- Strong understanding of funnels, retention, and growth metrics
- Hands-on with analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, etc.)
- Basic understanding of tech (APIs, app/web flows)
- Strong problem-solving and execution ability
Good to Have:
- Experience in subscription or marketplace products
- Prior work in performance-driven environments
