Role Overview: We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid growth across Meta, Google, and marketplaces. The focus is on scaling revenue profitably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart)
- Plan and execute performance campaigns (conversion, retargeting, CAC optimization)
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, CAC, LTV
- Work with creative/design team for ad creatives and iterations
- Set up and manage tracking (Pixel, events, attribution tools)
- Analyze campaign performance and take data-driven decisions
- Run experiments across audiences, creatives, and funnels
- Manage budgets and scaling strategies
Skills & Requirements:
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with marketplace ads (Amazon/Flipkart preferred)
- Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, attribution
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills
Good to Have:
- Experience in D2C brands
- Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, AppsFlyer, etc.
