FITPASS - Associate Product Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our product team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building user-centric products, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the overall product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to support product development from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights to identify opportunities.

- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

- Write clear and concise product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.

- Track product performance using data and metrics; recommend improvements based on insights.

- Support product launches, feature rollouts, and user training sessions.

- Prioritize features and tasks based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

- Assist in managing sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project timelines.

- Gather internal and external feedback to enhance product quality and usability.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- 1-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and software development processes.

- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, Figma, or similar.
