Job Description:

About your role:

As Human Resources Business Partner, you will support business leaders in executing Human Resources programs and practices aligned with business priorities. You will work across talent, performance, compensation, associate relations, and organizational effectiveness activities to help improve the associate experience and business outcomes. Your work will provide practical Human Resources support, data-driven insights, and consistent program execution across assigned client groups.

What you'll do:

- Partner with business leaders to execute Human Resources strategies, programs, and processes aligned with business priorities and enterprise objectives.

- Support performance management and compensation review activities for assigned client groups, helping ensure consistency, talent calibration, and alignment with Human Resources processes.

- Support talent review activities, including development planning, succession discussions, and actions that strengthen associate and leadership capability.

- Provide support for change management activities by helping leaders apply talent strategies during organizational change.

- Analyse Human Resources metrics, reporting, and insights to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend actions that improve outcomes.

- Partner with talent acquisition teams, business leaders, and Human Resources colleagues to support workforce planning, associate development, organizational design, and restructuring efforts.

- Manage associate relations matters with a focus on policy application, compliance, fair treatment, and timely resolution.

- Collaborate across the Human Resources organization to coordinate projects, support consistent execution, and share best practices.

Experience you'll need to have:

- 7 to 9 years of experience in Human Resources, including support for talent management, performance management, compensation, associate relations, and organizational change.

- 7+ years of experience partnering with business leaders to execute Human Resources programs and people practices aligned with business priorities.

- 5+ years of experience analysing Human Resources data, metrics, and reports to identify issues, measure progress, and recommend actions.

- 5+ years of experience supporting talent review, succession planning, associate development, organizational design, and restructuring activities.

- 5+ years of experience managing associate relations matters and applying employment practices, policies, and compliance requirements in a business setting.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

- Experience operating in a GCC setup within a global, matrixed organisation, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple geographies.

Experience that would be great to have:

- Knowledge of emerging trends in financial technology or financial services.

- Human Resources certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification.

- Experience supporting enterprise-level transformation initiatives.

How you'll work:

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
